Additions to Optional Data Offerings (November 2007): Liquidity
Partners provides forward curve data for the NGL and Olefins markets.

Additions to
Implied Volatilities and Greeks (October 2007): LIM stores implied
volatilities and greeks for seven symbols.

Handling of Summer Time/Daylight Savings Time:
(October 2007): The data for the extra hour will be captured for both
U.S. and European electricity markets in a custom DST column.

Additions to Optional Offerings: (August 2007): There are new
optional data offerings available from TFS, Markit, COMPUSTAT Xpressfeed,
and CBOT.

New Marginal Loss Data from PJM ISO: (June 2007): Beginning on June 1,
2007, the LMP pricing approach will be modified to calculate transmission
loss costs on a marginal basis, or Marginal Losses.

GasMart 2007
and LIM Data News: (April 2007): LIM and Bentek are gearing up for
GasMart 2007 taking place in downtown Chicago on May 9-11th at the Hyatt
Regency McCormick Place hotel. LIM and their data vendor partner Bentek have
exhibition booths at this exciting market center event for buyers and
sellers.

Symbol Mapping of the Daily Platt's Oilgram Price Report: (March 2007):
As a part of our continued effort to keep our customers at the forefront of
changes in the oil market, LIM is proud to present a comprehensive symbol
mapping of the Daily Platt's Oilgram Price Report. This spreadsheet is
prepared and maintained by LIM to assist our customers in navigating data
from Platts.

System Compliance Notification - Daylight Savings Time: (February 2007):
In accordance with the Energy Policy Act of 2005, beginning in 2007, the
start and end date for Daylight Saving Time in the U.S. and Canada will
change. LIM has established a formal plan to review all vendors, data
and systems in order to identify and evaluate the need to implement changes
where necessary.

Data Additions to Core and Optional Offerings: (February 2007): There
are new optional data offerings available from Southwest Power
Pool, OMIP Iberian Energy Exchange
(Portugal), EIA Energy Electricity Generation, and Bonneville Power
Administration Transmission Data, along with new core data offerings from
Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
