LIM Technology Site - Austin, TX - September 2005 - Standard Operating Procedure

Dear LIM Customer,

As you will already know, the combination of damage done by hurricanes Katrina and Rita in the past few weeks has disrupted trading and delivery of crude oil, refined products, natural gas and natural gas liquids throughout the region.

During this time, LIM is conscious that many of the price reporting services or trading platforms that our customers subscribe to, have had restricted or missing data coverage as a result of the disruptions.

We would like to assure you that LIM is cooperating with data vendors to process corrections and updates in a timely fashion. If there are gaps in data coverage that we are made aware of, we will notify recipients of the Data Alerts Email Notification List.

Should you experience any missing data or price anomalies, we will be happy to pursue these with the original source. Please contact support@lim.com with the details.
